Have a go at making your own Numberblocks from 1 to 5.

 

You could draw them, paint them use cut up squares and stick them next to each other. 

 

 

Make them out of boxes, construction blocks (Duplo, wooden blocks etc).

 

 

 

Or even make Numberblock biscuits, Nice biscuits are a good size or have a look at the 'Enhancements' for a biscuit recipe if you fancy doing some cooking.

 

 

Make sure you do your careful counting.

What Pet Should I Get by Dr. Seuss

This book is a great rhyming book. Dr Seuss is well-known for his rhythm and rhyme and has written many popular books, such as The Cat in the Hat, How the Grinch Stole Christmas and Green Eggs and Ham, just to name a few.
